  • Returns/Refund
  • Any product return request should be raised in this website within 2 days from the delivery of the product. (Navigate to My Account > Return an item)
  • Return request status can be tracked in this website. (Navigate to My Account > Check Return Status)
  • You can either select one item or more than one item in your return request.
  • Someone from the store will contact you within 48 hours since the submission of your return request to go through the return/refund process.
  • You can't raise a return request for the orders older than 3 days.
  • If you've any issues raising a return request, please contact us early.

  • Cancellation
  • Any order cancellation or removal of an item from the list can be mentioned to the staff when they contact you within 24 hours to confirm the order after you submit the order.
  • Orders can't be cancelled after it is being confirmed.
